Completed in mid-2025, Deacon's Portland Special Projects team undertook the complete build-out of an existing retail space for the new 99 Ranch Market at Plaza 205. Including stylish new lighting, spacious aisles, fully-equipped live seafood containment, and more, this project encompassed over 40,000 sf of revitalization.
