Deacon's Seattle team recently completed the renovations at AMLI 535, a seven-story residential apartment complex in Seattle's Lake Union neighborhood, with significant improvements across the south, north, and roof areas.

South Amenity Spaces: We transformed existing community areas and the fitness room into a new community kitchen, lounge, game room, "Nest" area, and small offices for remote work. This involved demolition, constructing new walls, installing doors and hardware, upgrading MEP systems, and updating finishes. Additionally, we revamped the exterior landscaping at the entrance. North Amenity Spaces: We converted three existing units into a community fitness area, which included demolition, new wall construction, MEP upgrades, plumbing installations, finishes, structural alterations, and a new storefront system. Roof: We enhanced the amenity area by adding a new kitchen, fire pits, a bocce ball area, and a renovated pet area, along with updated finishes.
