This multi-family, mixed-use project is in the Columbia City Historic District of Seattle. The scope of work included 193 apartments, the shell for a 25,000 sf neighborhood grocery store and 4,500 sf of retail space. Surface and below grade parking were provided. The project also features amenity spaces, including a 'Bicycle Center' with a workbench, tools, compressed air and places to maintain bikes, as well as a 3,000 sf urban agricultural space above the grocery store.
