This project consisted of Deacon upgrading the exterior of three apartment buildings and one leasing office within the Auburn Manor affordable housing community. This included re-roofing, new gutters and downspouts, rainscreen Hardie siding system, abatement of attic mold, replacing attic insulation, replacing of windows including sliders, replacing unit bathroom fans, adding exterior wall insulation, concrete step repairs, replacing of building exterior lighting, replacing of balconies with Juliet metal railings, paint, and replacing interior MDF trim with wood trim of all windows and sliders. Deacon also re-framed two fire damaged units including replacing wood joist, structural revisions, and gypcrete floor. Also introduced were all new finishes for GWB, flooring, paint, interior doors, casework, countertops, bathtubs and showers, toilets, shelving, and more. Started in October, 2022, this project concluded in June, 2023.
