The goal of this OSHPD Level 1 project was to convert a medical office building back into its previous use as a behavioral healthcare facility. To do this, Deacon converted offices and exam rooms into patient rooms with bathrooms. Nurses stations were created, and the existing common areas, such as kitchen, dining room, gym and corridors were upgraded with all new finishes. New HVAC units were installed as well as new ductwork. Exterior renovations included new roofing, upgraded handicapped access, four new secure patios and exterior painting.
