Coordinating with two owners and two architects, Deacon completed a full demolition and remodel of 10,400 sf of existing space as well as construction of a 5,000 sf interior third floor addition utilizing structural steel. The exterior updates included a façade rebuild with changes to the wall configurations, installation of two new covered balconies with steel trim and a green plant-based living wall. New and/or upgraded electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems were completed for the second and third floors and stairways and an elevator were installed serving each floor.
