An existing multi-building senior care center, the Cadence of Millbrae has been improved with additions such as an activity room, new and easily accessible elevators, a cozy bistro, and more. Alongside the additions, the buildings now host improved laundry facilities, updated exterior lighting, and individual unit style and comfort updates. Coming in at 24 units and a total of over 99,000 sf, this tenant improvement project has added even more life to the vibrant Millbrae community.
