Construction of this new CarMax superstore included developing a 16-acre dealership consisting of 11,000 sf of sales area and 42,000 sf of service areas with a car wash and a fueling station. Deacon performed extensive coordination with owner's suppliers for installation of specialty equipment such as painting stations and service lifts.
