This project included renovation of a three-story, 100,000 sf industrial printing plant to accommodate installation of new printing press equipment and a 7,100 sf expansion with steel trusses. A portion of the first floor slab was removed and replaced with a three foot thick reinforced foundation to support the new three-story printing press.

All work was completed while an existing press remained operational just 10 feet away.
