Our Sacramento Special Projects team undertook this 3,598-sf renovation of an existing distillery, transforming the office spaces to include a new kitchen, bar, and restaurant in El Dorado Hills, CA. Our self-perform team worked to keep the interior environment familiar, stylish, and comfortable, with work including the aging of new metal panels to match the previously-installed reclaimed fixtures as well as the installation and tie-ins of rugged, reclaimed wood. The establishment's theme is “Gold Rush Era“ and ties into the existing tasting room for the Dry Diggings Distillery. This project highlights our team’s expertise in adaptive reuse and delivering high-quality spaces that enhance both function and experience.
