Eclaire Farm manufactures innovative nutritional supplements with custom-built equipment. This project was an industrial renovation that featured a large-scale tool installation in a building originally built for semiconductor process 20 years ago and was never occupied. To create an FDA approved facility and exceed the client’s expectations, the Deacon team closely collaborated with the design teams, the owner and the City of Gresham to bring this 43,000-sf production facility to life.

Working daily with McKinstry on the MEP design build process, the team was able to complete the project on-time and $200,000 under budget.
