This project is an 11,000-sf tenant improvement for a Five Below retail store in Lynnwood, WA. The scope included selective interior demolition; installation of new interior finishes, including drywall, framing, and hanging; painting and wall coverings; installation of new interior doors and hardware; minor MEP modifications; and full installation of retail fixturing.
