Improvements to this 57,501 sf Class A industrial warehouse included a complete build out for a 1,641 sf office space with restrooms including interior finishes, plumbing, fire sprinkler, HVAC systems and electrical systems. The entire warehouse space received new LED lighting.  At the warehouse space all the concrete floor control joints were filled and the entire floor received a concrete sealer. A 101.4KW Solar Photovoltaic system was installed on the roof.
