This 28,265-sf project, undertaken by our Sacramento General Construction team, involves the complete transformation of an existing retail space into a brand-new H Mart grocery store. With a designated grocery area, meat and seafood departments, and a six-stall food court, this tenant improvement project is set to bring new life to the retail scene. Also included in the scope of work are M/E/P upgrades, polished concrete floors, walk-in coolers, a modernized elevator, and extensive exterior improvements to the building as well as the surrounding lot space.
