This five-story, 128 room wood and steel-framed hotel sits on a 1.5 acre site. Work on this ground-up construction began with wetland mitigation and concluded with sitework including a 52,000 sf parking area and landscaping. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, cafe/breakfast space and lounge area with a fireplace. Completion of this downtown Bellevue hotel marked the grand opening of Hilton Worldwide’s 2000th Hampton Inn.
