Phase I:
This project consists of a new four-story wrap style apartment project clustered around a five-level parking structure. The apartment building is Type V wood frame construction over a post-tension concrete slab and is comprised of 289 units with leasing and administration office areas. The parking structure has five above-grade levels and a partial level below grade containing a total of 522 parking spaces. The structure is built as Type I, poured in place concrete columns, shear walls and post tension decks, with CMU non-bearing walls. A portion of the top parking level contains high quality amenity spaces consisting of a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and deck, BBQ, theater, café and supporting amenities.
Phase II:
This project included construction of a new four-story (with some three-story elements) wrap style apartment project clustered around a five-level above grade parking structure. The apartment building contains 259 apartment units configured in 12 basic unit plans, leasing/administration offices, and additional tenant use amenity areas. The apartments were constructed in one building interconnected by corridors wrapped around a parking structure. The building is a wood-framed at slab-on-grade structure. Amenity areas include clubhouse and wifi café, fitness center/yoga room, and a pool.
