This dual-branded hotel project, Hyatt Place & Hyatt House, located in Sacramento’s North Natomas community, includes construction of a 122,000 sf, 4-story wood-framed building, parking lot, and landscaping. The Hyatt Place section of the building includes 108 hotel-style rooms. The Hyatt House section includes 93 apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens. The hotel includes a full commercial kitchen, dining areas, a full bar area, a business center, a fitness center, three large meeting rooms, gathering rooms, and an outdoor pool.
