The Modern Times Brewing expansion project located on 630 SE Belmont consisted of a 20,000 sf  seismic structural and shell upgrade for a new tap room, restaurant and roof deck. This project was phase two for the facility as Deacon completed an original build out for their production facility in 2017.

The downstairs high ceiling exposed beam space, features a bar with 34 taps, new kitchen, merchandising space, elevator, new bathrooms, a new staircase to the Sky Lounge roof deck, and aesthetically pleasing art interiors which highlight an image of Randy Machoman Savage. The 2nd floor roof space known as the Sky Lounge comes with more taps, new restrooms, gas firepits, heaters, and merchandising station.
