Construction of this family-owned and operated open air style marketing included a 56,750 sf grocery store with full tenant improvements. Numerous skilled tradespeople were required to install high-end finishes such as artistically stained concrete, exterior tower accented with statues, skylights and extensively detailed woodwork.
