The Byway Apartments at Wood Village is a multifamily/mixed-use workforce housing project that includes 10 buildings with approximately 166,970 sf of for-rent residential and 10,467 sf of ground floor retail space. Seven of the garden style buildings total 173 units and will provide 294 parking spots. This project was completed in three phases. Phase 1 included five buildings with approximately 43,373 sf of for-rent residential and 10,467 sf ground floor retail space. Phase 2 included two buildings with approximately 46,328 sf of for-rent residential space. Phase 3 included three buildings with approximately 77,269 sf for for-rent residential space.
