This project was a remodel of 70 apartment units. The Palazzo Communities offer luxury apartments and penthouses with a variety of upscale amenities and services, including a fitness center and spa. Our team was working on an existing four-story apartment building situated in a densely populated area in central Los Angeles. All luxury apartments feature kitchens with granite countertops, oak cabinetry, premium stainless steel refrigerators and gas stoves. The penthouses come with marble bathtubs, high-end appliances, wood flooring and two-story windows with automatic shades. The scope of the remodel for the 70 units located on the penthouse floor consisted of selective demolition, framing and drywall, seismic retrofit, cabinetry, doors, frames and hardware. Also included in the remodel were hard lid ceilings, wood and vinyl flooring, ceramic tiles, as well as painting, appliances, fire sprinkler relocations, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
