This housing project included construction of two 4-story wood frame structures containing 301 residential units. Under a 23-month construction schedule, this project included civic park work and offsite work relocating sewer and water lines. As part of the Paragon Civic Park, wet utilities were installed and a temporary road was provided and subsequently removed after work was completed by the Deacon team. Landscaping and beautification to the park included retaining walls, concrete mow strips, planting, pavers, lighting, benches, and more.
