This project began with the demolition of an existing steel structure and the grading of the site to prepare for future storm drain basins and a new building pad. A three-story, 133,635-sf CMU building was then constructed, featuring elevators, steel staircases, and lightweight concrete flooring/roofing. The project included the installation of underground utility tie-ins for water, fire, electrical, sewer, and storm systems, as well as fire sprinkler systems, minimal plumbing, and new electrical systems. Site enhancements were also made, including modifications to street entrances, parking layouts, trash enclosures, and landscaping.
