The Redapt tenant improvement project in Redmond, Washington covered approximately 12,000 sf of existing commercial office space and included all new lighting, casework, polished concrete flooring, and glass wall systems. The various architectural upgrades included revitalizing existing acoustical ceilings and exposing wood beams, solid surface countertops, Stikwood accent walls and soffits, as well as introducing high-end felt panel screen walls. Completed in two phases, Deacon worked on this project while the site was at 50% occupancy during active construction.
