This memory care is a 1-story 6,925 sf, 16-suite addition to an existing assisted living facility project. The original 2-floor, 15,060 sf structure was permitted as Type 5-A, i-2 occupancy. This addition required the demolition of an existing restroom and reconfiguring of the existing walls and doors of the structure, as well as the addition of food storage at the facility’s main kitchen.
