This 60,000 sf store is situated on five acres and consisted of three storm vaults, open parking and parking below the store. Off-site improvements, included traffic signalizations, relocation of highway lighting, drainage and sidewalks. The construction is an extremely intricate post tension slab with 4” rigid insulation and a 4” topping slab, CMU and single ply roofing with a traditional Safeway build out. To date, we have partnered with Safeway on over 25 projects.
