Ranked in 2012 by ICSC’s Shopping Centers Today as one of the top five largest retail projects under construction in the United States, this LEED-certified factory outlet project consisted of 42 acres of development with eight concrete tilt-up buildings totaling almost 600,000 sf of retail space. The buildings are arranged in an open air pedestrian-oriented concourse with a “race track” of public space that defines the access to all the tenants. Site improvements included the relocation of existing high-pressure gas lines, fiber optic lines and a water main  serving the surrounding cities, as well as realignment of the freeway frontage road. The irrigation system uses reclaimed water, meeting all the requirements for a LEED building. The project was competitively bid and completed on a fast-paced, 15-month schedule on time and on budget. Having successfully completed Phase 1, Deacon negotiated Phase 2 and added an additional 201,187 sf of retail space and 14.6 acres of sitework in 2015.

Today, the center is the state's largest outdoor outlet shopping mall and has over 180 iconic brands and designer names to shop at.

I would like to extend my personal thank you to the Deacon team for an exceptional job well done! Deacon's project team was of the highest integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Deacon to others and look forward to working with them on future projects.
