Deacon completed a new 3,800-sf Shake Shack, marking the brand’s first location in Pierce County and its eighth in Washington State. The project involved constructing a new one-story commercial restaurant space within The Village at Tacoma Mall shopping center. Scope of work included new exterior and interior partitions, high-end finishes, installation of commercial kitchen equipment, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

This project was delivered under a separate contract from Deacon’s ongoing work on two new shell and core retail buildings at The Village, a 26,000-sf redevelopment designed to elevate Tacoma Mall as Pierce County’s premier shopping and dining destination.
