Deacon provided the conversion of a newly constructed condominium building into fully compliant low-income housing through targeted system upgrades and interior renovations. Work included electrical and life-safety improvements, fire protection and plumbing modifications, ADA unit conversions, and the creation of new medical and staff support spaces.

The scope also encompassed structural and concrete reconstruction, building envelope and waterproofing upgrades, and exterior plaza and landscaping enhancements to improve accessibility, safety, and long-term performance.
