As part of the Shops on Broadway project, we completed construction of a 25,000 sf grocery store. As a main tenant, the Sprouts Farmers Market anchors the project with easy elevator access to the project’s feature rooftop picnic area and parking spaces. This was the first new retail project built on Broadway in decades.
