The Sacramento Multi-Unit team is currently underway on Sugar Pine Village Phase 1B in South Lake Tahoe, CA. This development consists of two three-story buildings totaling 28,559 sf each and will provide 60 affordable housing units. The use of modular construction allows us to stack prefabricated units, streamlining installation while maintaining structural integrity and quality control.
