This 21,500 sf assisted living facility was constructed on just over 1.5 acres. The wood framed facility includes 23 units with bathrooms, nursing station, conference room, administrative offices, lounge and laundry facility. Fire abatement was the first priority on this project and faced with strict dust control standards along with a short time to mobilize, our project manager utilized goats to clear brush and weeds.
