This project hosts 583 units in four Type III apartment buildings over two below-grade podium garage levels on a 5.75 acre site. Two of the apartment buildings will have an additional two Type I concrete levels above podium totaling seven levels. The project includes apartment units, amenities, rooftop decks, a podium paseo, an additional pool at an elevated deck, and retail spaces.
