Deacon constructed Trojan Storage of Puyallup, a 96,352 sf facility comprising 10 buildings on a 7-acre site. Building A includes an office space on the ground floor, a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and approximately 20 exterior drive-up storage units. Buildings C and F are connected and feature nearly 60,000 sf of drive-up and interior storage units. The remaining eight smaller buildings, ranging from 4,200 to 6,500 sf, offer a mix of drive-up and interior storage units. The project also included a forced main sewer system installed under Meridian Avenue, a stormwater infiltration pond, and fire and domestic water loops. On-site wetlands were preserved and maintained throughout construction.
