This project is a six-story, all-steel mixed-use building currently under construction in Portland’s Pearl District. Designed with a minimalist aesthetic, the structure will feature a sleek metal-paneled exterior that reflects the neighborhood’s industrial roots while contributing to its modern urban surroundings. The building includes ground-floor retail space and  five upper levels dedicated to secure, climate-controlled self-storage units.
