This project consisted of construction of a new 2-story, 130,000 sf resort-like building with steel construction, metal studs, stucco and exterior metal panels, high-end finishes, seven pools, water slides, and play structures. The project also includes a seven acre site package. Other features include an NBA sized indoor court, a dedicated 12,000 sf children’s area and an on-site full service day spa.
