Undertaken by Sacramento's Multi-Unit team, Vista Verde Apartments, a 76-unit affordable housing community in Freedom, CA, saw extensive interior and exterior upgrades. This 43,683-sf project brought new roofs, windows, landscaping, fresh paint, and a parking lot seal coat with restriping. The scope of work features a mix of 40 two-bedroom, 29 three-bedroom, 3 four-bedroom, and 4 two-bedroom ADA units. Residents now enjoy modernized kitchens, updated bathrooms, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The scope also included refreshed community spaces, enhanced accessibility, and building system improvements to ensure long-term comfort and safety.
