I am excited to announce that Deacon’s opening a new office in Idaho’s Treasure Valley Region. This expansion aligns directly with our core mission of driving company growth and creating new opportunities for our staff.
Why Idaho?
The expansion into Idaho offers many compelling opportunities for Deacon. Its steady population growth and increasing demand for infrastructure and housing present substantial construction opportunities. The state’s workforce aligns well with Deacon’s culture, making it an ideal location. Additionally, Idaho’s proximity to our existing West Coast offices makes it a practical choice.
Geographically, we will focus on the Treasure Valley region, including the greater Boise, Nampa, and Meridian areas. While Boise is the anticipated location for our Deacon office, the exact location will be determined in the coming weeks.
Market Focus
Deacon's Idaho team will focus on our same core markets and be able to deliver ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvements.
Idaho Team
John Hamilton will lead this expansion effort as the Regional Manager for Idaho. He has a long history with Deacon, having worked in Sacramento in the early 2000s before relocating to Idaho six years ago. John has strong ties with the local construction community and will oversee the acquisition of work and local day-to-day operations.
