We are bringing seasoned project teams, deep construction knowledge, and a strong pipeline of talent to support our clients in Idaho—backed by the resources of a well-established and respected firm.

A Local Presence With Regional Strength

Leading our Idaho operations is John Hamilton, Regional Manager. John began his career with Deacon in our Sacramento office in the early 2000s and relocated to Idaho six years ago. Since then, he’s built strong ties within the local construction community. John's leadership will be essential in growing our Boise-based team and overseeing day-to-day operations as we establish a long-term presence in the area.

Alongside John, we are excited to welcome Paul Bennett as Business Development Manager for Deacon Construction’s Boise office. With more than 35 years of construction industry experience across the Western United States, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in Business Development, strategic growth, and client relationship building. Throughout his career, Paul has has been instrumental in cultivating long-term partnerships and supporting sustainable business expansion.
