We are bringing seasoned project teams, deep construction knowledge, and a strong pipeline of talent to support our clients in Idaho—backed by the resources of a well-established and respected firm.

A Local Presence With Regional Strength

Leading our Idaho operations is John Hamilton, Regional Manager. John began his career with Deacon in our Sacramento office in the early 2000s and relocated to Idaho six years ago. Since then, he’s built strong ties within the local construction community. John's leadership will be essential in growing our Boise-based team and overseeing day-to-day operations as we establish a long-term presence in the area.

Supporting John is Mike Louie, our Business Development Manager and a fourth-generation Idahoan. With more than 21 years of experience in Idaho’s real estate and development sectors, Mike brings deep insight into the local market. His passion for strengthening communities through thoughtful, impactful development aligns with Deacon’s core values and mission. Mike’s focus on relationship-building and community-oriented projects will be key as we grow our regional footprint.
