Downtown Portland Office Renovation Recognized with DJC Top Projects Award
We are excited to announce that our Downtown Office Renovation won an award at the Daily Journal of Commerce Top Projects event. This event recognized the amazing projects completed during 2020 in the Portland Metro area.
This Corporate Office Remodel in downtown Portland won 3rd Place in the Tenant Improvement category. We have completed 5 projects with this client and are currently working on our 6th.
This renovation consisted of approximately 20,300 sf of office space on the 6th floor of an existing 20-story building. Work included the demolition of the space and updates to interior partitions, casework, plumbing fixtures, mechanical work, fire system modifications and accessories.
Brandon Huff, Division Manager, Special Projects and Dan Jones, Project Superintendent were on hand to accept our award.
